Ball screw drive
The ram shaft drive enables high-speed movement at 100mm/sec and
stable repeatstop accuracy by adopting a ball screw drive mechanism by
AC servo motor and ball screw drive. This is a drive method superior in
environmental performance including being oilless and noise reduction by
